Through her practice, Triple Moon Alchemy, she blends herbalism, hormone balance education, and somatic healing techniques to support clients on their hormone balancing / fertile health journey. Offering both virtual and in-person guidance, Denise empowers women to understand all of their cycles, regulate their nervous systems, and utilize herbs safely for holistic hormone wellness.

Elizabeth creates nurturing spaces that support nervous system regulation, emotional expression, energetic alignment, and deep inner healing through compassionate, heart-centered care.

Not at all. This gathering is designed for women at all stages of their journey. Whether you are a seasoned healer or simply curious about how to better regulate your nervous system, this activation provides a clear, clinical, and soulful path that is accessible to everyone.

We recommend bringing a water bottle, a yoga mat or low chair, a journal for your insights, and any small item representing your lineage for our Ancestral Drumming Circle table. Most importantly, bring an open heart.

There is onsite parking and an overflow lot if we need it. Wear comfortable shoes for the short walk from your car.

Yes it is. This is an outdoor event. Portions of the space are covered with tents.

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Natural fibers (cotton, linen, silk) are encouraged to support your body's electromagnetic grounding. We will be spending time mainly outdoors, so layers are your best friend.
