Customers are expected to pay for their products and/or services at the checkout page at the time of checkout. We will provide our goods services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Disputes
Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by the state or federal court of Pennsylvania and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Any and all services shall be rendered according to the agreed upon time period between the customer and the service provider.
If a customer fails to pay for services rendered in the agreed upon timeframe, that customer may be subject to arbitration and shall possibly be banned from triple moon alchemy website. Both parties, (customer and/or TMA) may end a business relationship at any time.
To cancel a contract or end an agreement the cancelling party must do so in writing and submit to the other party via email or USPS.
Comments, Reviews, and Emails
Visitors may post content as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to third parties.
