I am a Certified Fertility Support Specialist. That means that I have expertise in reproductive physiology, hormonal balance, and evidence-based guidance for both natural and ART journeys.
I am also a Certified Somatic Healing Facilitator. Which means that I am proficient in mind-body practices for nervous system regulation and trauma release.

I have the curriculum needed for 6 weeks of fertility mind & movement coaching that will equip you with the tools you will need and learn how to overcome systemic issues that create stressors that create health concerns. In this course, we will look at fertility in a holistic way including nutrition, movement, mental wellness, meditation, and more.
